Bible lesson:  We Obey God & His Word

• Galatians 3:15-25

Memory verse:   2 Timothy 3:16-17

2nd-3rd Graders:  

• "All Scripture is God-breathed and...useful...so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work."  2 Timothy 3:16-17

4th-5th Graders:  

• "All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work."      2 Timothy 3:16-17

Younger kids:  Kindergarten - 1st grade (Room A5)

   - Bible Theme:  Paul & Timothy are Helpers

   - Bible focus:  Paul & Timothy strengthen the church (Acts 16:1-5)

   - Memory verse (entire month of May):  "You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden.  Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house.  In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven."  Matthew 5:14-16
